The Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, which is ideal for racing, is the most powerful electric car in this series, and it can now be bought online in Germany. The basic version of the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT starts at 72,000 euros. The first automobiles are expected to be delivered this year. As part of its electromobility drive, Ford hopes to have all series available in Europe as hybrids, and in the best-case scenario, completely electrics, by mid-2026. However, by 2030, the goal is to solely provide electric vehicles.

Two electric motors provide a powerful all-wheel drive with a 358 kW (487 hp) output and torque of 860 Nm. That is 100 kW (136 PS) greater than the Mach-all-wheel E's drive variant. As a result, the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT accelerates from zero to one hundred kilometers per hour in 3.7 seconds, making it the most powerful Ford with five seats on the European automobile market. The crossover SUV achieves above-average performance with these values, the adaptive MagneRide suspension, and high-performance Brembo brakes. The emphasis here is on a unique calibration of the drive train: Compared to previous Mach-E all-wheel-drive models, the rear wheels get a greater proportion of the engine torque.

In addition to the three previous series modes, a new driving mode dubbed "Untamed extended" is now available, designed specifically for racetrack usage. This allows the traction and stability control to be tailored to the driver's preferences and provides greater control of the drive train's performance at the limit.

The Mustang Mach-E GT's "Extended Range" battery provides all the power you need. According to the combined WLTP cycle, this has a capacity of 98.7 kWh and guarantees a range of 500 kilometers with a full charge. The electric car manufacturer claims the consumption of 20 kWh per 100 km. When the battery is nearly empty, the AC column may be charged from 10% to 80% in roughly seven hours. This process takes 45 minutes at the rapid charging station. An additional 99 kilometers are accessible after only 10 minutes at the DC charging station. For this aim, Ford offers its customers free access to the company's own "FordPass Charging Network" for five years.

Official images show the Ford Mustang Mach-E GT in Cyber Orange paintwork with glossy black components and 20-inch alloy wheels. The body takes on a modest coupé form, with a rear spoiler attachment. At the front, a black grille can be seen. Passengers are placed in Ford Performance sports seats in the roomy cabin. An optional panoramic glass roof adds additional light to the electric vehicle. Drivers stare at a simple display behind the steering wheel and a 15.5-inch vertical HD touch panel as the infotainment system's key control element.

A 560-watt premium sound system with a subwoofer plays music, and the trunk of the five-door car carries a total of 1420 liters of luggage. In addition, various assistance systems, such as parking and exit features, are available.
