Ford has recently unveiled the new all-electric 5-seater Ford Explorer, marking a new era for the iconic SUV. This innovative crossover is packed with practical and innovative features that will impress any car enthusiast and come with a high level of equipment as standard.

The Explorer is the first electric car that Ford will mass-produce in Europe, produced at the Ford Cologne Electrification Center in Cologne, where 2 billion dollars have been invested. And with Ford Motor Norway opening reservations for the new all-electric Explorer, it's clear that this SUV is already generating a lot of buzz.

The new Ford Explorer electric SUV will be available in two very well-equipped variants – Explorer and Explorer Premium – and can be ordered later this year with an estimated starting price of under $50,000. With its unique design and bold colors developed in close collaboration with customers, the Explorer has a confident and powerful visual identity that reflects its American heritage.

The all-electric Explorer has many innovative features, including the all-new SYNC MOVE, a large 14.6-inch touchscreen that lets the driver personalize their driving environment. It also has "My Private Locker," a storage space that can be locked by placing the screen in the lowest position. And under the armrest is a 17-liter "Megaconsole," large enough to accommodate a 15-inch laptop.

The electric crossover comes with a high level of equipment as standard, including LED headlights, del-Sensico seats, a heated steering wheel, and a stylish sound bar. It also has a massage function as standard and a unique headrest design that is fully integrated into the front seats for a more sporty look.

The new Ford Explorer also comes with its own trackpad, allowing the driver to regulate the sound volume and the electric car's parking technologies. And with heat pump technology for improved energy efficiency in cooler temperatures, the journey will be both practical and comfortable.

The Ford Explorer electric SUV is also packed with safety features, including 12 ultrasonic sensors, five cameras, and three radars that continuously monitor the area around the car. And it's the first Ford in Europe to come with an improved lane-centering technology that can also change lanes automatically, making driving safer and more convenient than ever before.

Ford has collaborated with travel influencer Lexie Alford, who will soon embark on a round-the-world journey with the new electric Explorer to demonstrate just how useful the new electric car is. The expedition is inspired by Aloha Wanderwell, who 100 years ago became the first woman to drive herself around the world in the legendary Model T - in collaboration with Ford.

The Ford Explorer electric SUV is an exciting new addition to Ford's SUV lineup. With its unique design, innovative features, and high level of equipment as standard, it's sure to impress car enthusiasts everywhere. And with Ford's investment in the Cologne Electrification Center, the Explorer is just the beginning of Ford's foray into the world of electric cars. So keep an eye out for the new Explorer - it's sure to be a game-changer in the world of SUVs.
