The Fiat brand returns to CES, the world's largest consumer electronics trade show, with the new 500 electric car, the brand's flagship vehicle, and the driving force behind the company's electrification strategy.

The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 will take place from January 5th to the 8th, and as the world's platform for innovation, it is the perfect venue for Fiat, a worldwide brand that advocates for technology that is "tech it easy," or simple and intuitive enough that anybody can use it.

Using this information, Fiat will unveil the Fiat Metaverse Store, the first global showroom in the metaverse, to the general public. Thanks to Microsoft's collaboration with Touchcast, customers may experience a showroom environment in the comfort of their homes by visiting the Microsoft exhibit (West Hall #6017).

On the Stellantis booth's Free2move area, the new Fiat 500 electric car will be the focus of attention alongside the Fiat Metaverse Store.

Both projects indicate Fiat's commitment to meeting the demands of its customers while also adapting to the changing social climate.

The new Fiat 500e will be released in North America in the first quarter of 2024, as announced by Olivier Francois, CEO of Fiat and Global CMO of Stellantis, at the 2022 Los Angeles Autoshow. The Fiat Metaverse Store will serve as one of the primary innovative pillars for launching the Fiat electric cars in the USA.

The goal of Fiat's reimagined customer journey in the US is to eliminate the need for customers to travel to a showroom and instead bring the dealership to them.

This brings Fiat and its brand closer to its consumers, who can engage with the company and get their answers. The goal is to continue leading the urban mobility industry into this new frontier by providing a superior customer experience through a more personal and interactive means of communication with the help of Fiat Product Genius, a dedicated team member who is always available to answer questions and craft a unique itinerary for each customer.

Fiat is taking its leadership role in innovation seriously, expanding from its European stronghold into the North American market with the help of its flagship and best-selling electric car to date, the Fiat 500e, and reaffirming its promise to lead customers into the future of mobility.

The Fiat Metaverse Store, which debuted in Italy in December, positions the company as a pioneer in providing an interactive, user-friendly, and human-centric shopper's journey. Customers may learn about and order the new Fiat 500 La Prima by Bocelli from the comfort of their homes with the assistance of a Fiat Product Genius in the Fiat Metaverse Store's virtual showroom. In 2023, the metaverse will serve as a showroom for the Fiat lineup. Unlike other virtual reality (VR) stores, the Fiat Metaverse Store does not require a VR headset or other pricey hardware to browse. At CES 2023, visitors can try it out at Microsoft's exhibit (West Hall #6017).

The Fiat 500e 3+1 in Free2move's exclusive Rose Gold finish is on exhibit at their booth. The partnership between Fiat and Free2move was inspired by the companies' shared desire to increase the availability of affordable electric vehicles by creating a more sustainable urban mobility ecosystem. The two companies are now developing a distinct offering that will go above and beyond traditional rental, car sharing, and subscription services. Customers can enjoy the Free2Move experience in a Fiat vehicle for a few minutes, several days, or even months. This deal allows renters to modify their service agreements according to their needs, all on a single monthly statement.
